Ferial: Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. the dark and stormy hearts of men, repay their deceit back again.

'Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them."

[Cavalcada]: "Poetry, Ferial? And Shakespeare, no less. At least, that last part. I am not familiar with the first of your quotes."

Ferial; Just a bit of doggerel, my dear Sempiturnal Chaos. I was merely amusing myself.

Sempiternal Chaos: It sounded like arrogance to me. You should be carefull about that. Greater men than you have fallen prey to THAT stumbling block.

Ferial: And greater men than me will continue to succumb to their own hubris.

"But not me."

Chaos: You are not so exceptional, Ferial.

Ferial: Of course not. But I AM smarter, more clever, and I have been around much longer than any of these whelps. Things have been in motion for aeons, more than anyone, even you, supposes.
