THAT definitely changes my interpretation, and explains why the Viper soldier’s response is broken up. Something “new,” probably the soldier, is entering some certain space, and something is going to be “replicated.” Only question is: what?

@ the silver fox – No, actually ‘replicate’ is being used as a verb here. Don’t necessarily assume that the two words go together.

Just to be sure, I looked up the word “replicant”, and this is what I found on MSN’s Encarta Dictionary:

I would say this could have somsthing to do with the dark matter generator mentioned in HSAR’s fan fiction #8… if it really does apply (I know you can’t confirm or deny this theory, HSAR)

Jim, you should get recon for this comic. Seriously, Bungie should just give it to you for doing such a good job with weaving a convoluted, conspiracy-filled plot with Halo. (“Oh, what a tangled web [you] weave, when first [you] practice to decieve”) Keep it up.

Very nice comic, excilent plot. Recently found this and read it from the start, when I got the chance, and gotta say keep up the good work! =D
