Oh, believe me, friend, it's been suggested by many of my readers now, and the cogs of Reclaimer machinima are beginning to turn. A machinima won't replace the comic, but it will provide some supplementary storyline. A little patience is all I require, as it will likely be a handful of months yet before I can bring such a thing to fruition. :)

Man, this is probably the best Halo 3 comic out there. You know what would rock? If you,or someone, transferred it into a machinima movie or series.

paul: That's not quite right, actually. They were seven unique identities that worked so closely together that they almost seemed like a single unit, hence the term 'Unity.' The Forerunners were concerned that the Cavalcade had so much power and so decided it would be best to separate them, and since the Cavalcade existed to serve, they reluctantly agreed to be separated. Your summary was pretty close; it was just lacking on a couple of the finer details.

And I removed your all-in-one comment from #119. There's no need to have it twice, and I'm not altogether concerned about the occasional double-post.

Just to say for anyone that missed it or just didn't get it
The AI's where once all one but they got to powerful. so the forerunners fearing that like all almost god like beings that they would get a god complex and so with the AI's agreeing that they may develop a god complex given enough time, the forerunners split up the AI's in to seven bits which is what the reclaimer is looking for.
NOTE- not all the AI's where made one or two where spontaneous creations that emerged from all the floating data in cyberspace this is called the "ghost in the machine" syndrome (see "I robot" for consequences of said syndrome left unchecked)

hope you like the tech babel i love tech babel. Have a god complex free day and happy hunting.

the cavilecade (not spelled right (the big glowing orb's)) are AI's made by the forerunners to run all their tec and look after the universe.
And still GREAT comic Jim loving the affect added to each of the panels they look so comic book like (and i know that that is the meant effect but still its great).

I wish I could take credit for the screenshots, but for this episode (and all eps this week), I simply used Bungie's fantastic tagging system to find screenshots marked as 'scenic'. So it's really the Halo community that provided these shots.

Nevets 91: One of the things I love about writing this series is that I get to write viewpoints and perspectives that don't jive with my own. Honestly, I think I have the most fun with those because it forces me to break out of the norm and figure out how an egotistical bastard would think and act and how that viewpoint would figure its role in the universe to look. It's a lot of fun.

DUM4S5: Honestly I'm not sure if I can do that or not. I'd probably have to enlist someone to write a WordPress plugin to cull just the images out, since I don't have quite the necessary PHP programming prowess to do that on my own. So, short answer - you'll have to wait. :)

awesome as usual, shows you how much work bungie put into the scenary of the game =]

quick question though, could you create a feed that directly links to your images aswell as your blog one. Im working, slowly, on a website that uses cooliris and i reckon having your comics in a 3D wall would look awesome. If you did i would credit you as the maker of the images.

anyway check out the site here: www.freewebs.com/dum4s5

All the work done on it is my own =]
