Well, if I were Ferial, I would set up systems to track all activities of the Calvacada that I come upon, or if impossible just set up systems to track the traps laid. A somewhat efficient way of tracking Reclaimer's progress on collecting said Calvacada, I believe.
One thing I find myself wondering is if Ferial has created fake Calvacada holograms, possibly ones that download a potent virus when touched…

At the rate things are moving now this calvacada should be free and fighting ferial by the time RC finds the rest.

Oh, I'm aware, and I've played with that. Purple is easy to acquire. Try combining for other colors, though, like green, and all you get is a big ball of white light.

This is a new twist, "take two aspirin and call me in the morning." Good job showing the tired jaded reclaimer, poor guy is getting thrown around everywhere, and has good reason to be paranoid about it all. Just remember there is no spoon.
nice job, does that mean reclaimer wont have to return there for this particular cavalcada? also what long term effect is the unstable cavalcada going to have on him, eg, what if (and he probably will) he runs into feral or any of the other charactors that fall into the "im an enemy but im innocent with it" catagory
while I only recently got caught up, this Alt-verse series is very interesting. i would also think that the unstable cavalcade was just a outward symtom of some inward tampering, definitely done by Ferial that we didnt see. he seems to have his hands in everything, and it looks like he was setting things up for a long time (see: he's probably pretty old)
but it's the relativity of the age that is intriguing. to a 10 year old, someone that's 20 old. while to a 20 year old, someone that is 40 is only older.
is his age relative to the humans 'old', or may he even be older then the Cavalcade? (as it may sound like due to his conversation with the one locked behind the dampening fields, sorry, dont remember his name.. that or he was referencing the flood thing)

Very interesting choice of angle for the final shot, Jim. I love the play between the setting and the Cavalcada's words there. I still dislike this ID system though…
I find it unnecessarily complicated, and even with the "sort by latest activity" it's a pain to keep up with all the new comments. Plus, the E-mail notifications clog my inbox, and the site doesn't remember my name and E-mail like it did before, so I have to type the whole thing out every time I comment.
I also must say, i like the new system, should help tidy things up some. Still loving the story line, love the random twists, keep it up man! Gotta stop reading it at school b/c i cant post comments there.
The new system has it's ups and it's downs. Although , the only real problem I can find with it is, so far all the computers I've tried with it can't handel it. As in, they're too slow.

Yes, I have this problem too, but didn't think anything of it because I use an ancient computer. It's much slower than it should be, for a simple text entry box.
stitzelj, I've been reading this graphic novel since its induction, and I have been nothing but pleased with the way this has turned out!. Excellent use of dialogue, depth of field, and editing, not to mention the general layout, makes this a fantastic use of my time. Earlier, I was a little skeptical of your layout and coloring choices, but I'm glad to see that you've found your niche; it looks great. Also, I don't know if you have considered this, but if you were to re-touch and re-tool the earlier chapters and bring it up to par with your current layout scheme, I would seriously consider getting this published. I would certainly buy it!
I do have plans to go back and redo those initial chapters at some point. Perhaps sometime after the start of the new year. And as much as I'd love to publish this in a professional, self-contained volume, that is unlikely to ever happen. I don't really expect Microsoft to ever grant me a license to do so, more's the pity.
Well, I've submitted the idea as a feature request, so we'll see if anything comes of it.
Yeah, I think it was Hayabusa at one point, then EOD, then Hayabusa, and now it's EOD again. This is what happens when I keep switching from Reclaimer armor back to what I use during my regular gaming – I forget what permutations I use.

I think it's the fact that none of the colors are particularly rich, so the internal light sources drowns out the color when you combine them.
