I reckon you're onto something. remember the slipspace thing that was charging like 20 comics back. The one that Viper was dealing with? Well this may stop it from charging and slow ferial from getting to Eternal Refuge.
do i spy a few halo:CE references there, name hushed casket and the disruption of the energy beams, going to be interesting to see how he gets round that however since he cant justboost his shielding, even if he could i doubt it would be safe with all the damage he has sustained, would be interested to see what condition things are in with regards to that

If that is the case then the breaking the circuit would be an attempt to stop power to something. Something that needs constant voltage/amperage to work, my guess anyway. What that something is can only be speculated on at the moment.

I love how you used two different maps for this, narrows and avalanche, at least that is what it looks like to me. I thought you had the itch to do something with Avalanche.
Yea, narrows, blackout, avalanche, guardian, and standoff are all really good maps for this kind of stuff, the open edges make for a lot more possible camera angles, not to mention you can make a map look entirely different just by shooting up at or directly from the side of the scene. Great usage Jim!
It sounds like to me what there momentarily cutting power from (assuming from the insane cavalcada's line) is some kind of shield, or some thing that needs to be fully charged to stay strong or solid.
P.S. Can you give us a refresher on which Cavalcada are in him, and which ones he needs to find still. As well as which colour each one is.

Yes, they're still using the Todash gates to get around. It's one of those things, though, that can now be assumed by the reader rather than shown each and every time.
I put a 1-pixel stroke around the yellow and orange text because they were fading into the text boxes a little too much. The stroke makes them stand out a little better. The blue and red don't have that problem, so I left them alone.

Yeah, using shield generators at this point will prove rather… fruitless.
Was the damage to his suit fixed when he combined with the Cavalacada, or is he still running around with a over used piece of armor?
It was not fixed, and he's not been able to repair the damage, so his defenses are limited.

Nope, that's entirely on Narrows, mostly on the Blue Base side.

Half the fun of capturing these screenshots is trying to do so in a way that makes each map look totally new and different.
