I'm not crazy about the addition of that phrase, personally. It rather subtly changes the overall message and adds meaning that was never intended in the original statement.

Yeah, I kind of thought it would be wierd not to apply the GCUR to drawn versions, so I limited myself to less "halo" images instead. It doesn't feel right, though. Not "Reclaimer" enough.
Incidentally, the GCUR says that you can't sell what you've made. Does that mean you can't make a profit, or does it mean you can't sell it, even if it's not-for-profit? As far as I can tell, it seems to mean that you can sell it if it's not-for-profit, but knowing how touchy MS is about these things, it might well be otherwise.
