Thanks to those of you who enjoyed today’s pun. I found these sprites over at HBO from the now-defunct Halo: Revolution webcomic and decided to revive them for a day. I also know that most of you were disappointed by the lack of a ‘real’ Reclaimer comic, and I promise to post the missing issue sometime tomorrow and the regular Friday update the next day. I also apologize for my absence all day today, but I had a very full work day followed by a date night in which I took my wife to see STOMP during their appearance at Purdue.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled Reclaimer.
I'm not going to lie…it's a pretty bad joke… but who cares, it's April 1 in the Eastern Time zone (I'm in central, so I get a few chronological WTFs now and again on this site)

OMG! I used to make comics with those sprites for my high school physics class! Pretty bad joke though… I think I have those sprites saved away somewhere still, come to think of it…
They're kind of fun to use. I've actually kicked around the idea of enlisting someone to make me a new set of Halo sprites to start up a new Stuntmutt-style, punny gag strip.

I was like, wtf!!! where's RC? but then i was like, oh yeah april fools day. and i think that the comics pretty funny. I was worried you'd mess with us with the story line. I, for one, am glad you didn't.
I will say though that I don't appreciate having to wait till Friday to find out what that BOOM was. :@

I like it, nice corny jokes are a good contrast to what you normally expect on this site. This brought enough LOLs to me that I can wait for, what I hope is coming, the real comic.

They're both cool in their own ways. They both have very different styles, so it's hard to really compare them to each other.
