This has been a weird week for me, and a bad one for Reclaimer updates. I’d intended to post an actual comic for Wednesday’s April Fool’s gag and another today in order to keep the storyline on schedule. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
I’ve been fighting an eye infection for a couple of weeks now, and I finally just went to the doctor on Wednesday to see about getting some treatment for it. As of today, my eyes seem to be improving somewhat, but they still burn and itch quite a bit, and staring at a computer screen for long periods of time has been an exercise in self-inflicted torture. As such, I’ve limited my non-work computer time the last couple of days down to the barest minimum possible. With any luck, my eyes will be doing much better by Sunday, when I’ll need to put Reclaimer 173 together, and we can all get back to finding out what it was that knocked our intrepid hero from his feet.

Follow the doctor's instructions. Avoid excessive pixel intake. Besides think of the interesting (evil) plot twists (contortions) you can conceptualize for #173.

Like stealth said, avoid high pixel intake and take plenty of shut-eye. You'll be fine in no time.

Yeah, I've a rumor – don't know how true it is – that there's a version of the flu virus going around that mainly affects the eyes. All I know is that whatever it is I have right now is really, really annoying.

Normally I’de post something along the lines of ‘Get well soon’ but I feel no need due mostly to to the fact that everyone else has already wished for your well being so instead I decided to prolong the pain by sending you on a pointless scavenger hunt that you may or may not find funny.

3: Mourn for a while over the temporary loss of your vision before moving on.
4: Purchase psychonauts and play through the entire game in one sitting without laughing.

One of my other friends online got hit by a car, and he had to have surgury on his eyes or he would have been blind for life. That was awful. Now it's you, and minus the car… well… let's just say I dont want to have to watch that again, so PLEASE GET BETTER! I really really do mean that with the utmost sincerity.
