What a pretty picture it all knits down to.
Oh, you're just saying that…
oooh… dark and twisty… i like it!
Just the way it oughta be.
"God will not help you now."
OH SHI-
"Greetings! This is not God, but his close friend, Officer Boscorelli. Please pull over!"
We apologize for the inconvenience.
You ain't lyin'!
NOOO! Almost first…..
Yeah, ur kinda screwed when God stops helping you.
Just a bit…
And that is just harsh… But then we turn to the Keymaster for guidance! :p
But you know that the Keymaster doesn't help you, either.
Instead, he leaves annoyingly vague hints and huge cliffhangers!
Actually, Bold meant to imply that there is no God but himself.
BLASPHEMY! AND A BIG EGO!
Almost like mine.
Shut up figment.
The loose threads still seem fairly loose to me.
Nice job with the site update though!
Well, they start to tie together here. Still a long ways from a quilt, though.
It's a quilt? I thought is was a scarf…
See? Long ways from a quilt, a scarf.
Well, how was I supposed to know? It's not like I've taken advanced plot-knitting classes or anything…
How did you get the guy to kneel in those pictures?
You just need to keep killing someone till they die in the right pose… though i suspect the easiest way is to get 'tag' to quit which would make his body slump nicely…
note the br falling out front
He died, but it made a nice pose:D And he's not actually dead. Just had to die for Jim to get the picture.
oh yeah! thanks for that
Actually, if you're standing still when you're killed by a laser, that's the natural way the body falls. Since the laser goes right through you, there's no ballistic inertia to cause the body to topple in a funny way, so it just collapses to its knees and forward.
I've always wondered why there was no hole, or burn marks, or… anything.
Actually, the laser does less damage after going through a person meaning that a bit of energy was left behind.
Probably more than it took to burn the hole.
Besides, everybody knows why have a corpse in a game fall over if you can send it hurtling at speeds incomprehensible.
Nice work as ever Jim
just a question to fill in a lose gap…. Is bold under the influence of Ferials virus?
I would say that's a fairly obvious yes.
DooBy has the right of it.
Wrong, he has the left. Didn't you do the L test Jim?
So this means that Tag is not dead but has been enslaved, so that he is not infected, but still under Bold's (and therefore Ferial's??) control. But it is a reinfusion, so maybe he is infected but in a different way than before? Score has already been fully infected, but I wonder how Tag will survive. But I wonder what it is of use to Bold, and what about the grav lifts?? I wonder where they come into it.
Consider it a multi-functional virus.
yes he is, you have a pretty good grasp on it.
It's magic!
thats what the two guys that i double killed the othernight with one were thinking
Called it! He's alive! Now how does Reclaimer find out about this? Hmm…
sings "It's a small universe, after all…"
That song is awesome.
For anyone who hasn't been subjected to the ride…
I have, and I still think the song is awesome, along with the ride.
Even though it's a really racist ride, even though it strives to be the opposite.
Theres something creepy about little guys brainwashing people by singing the same song over and over.
It's spawned a few of my more evil ideas.
This is one of the best looking strips in quite a while, Jim. I also love the new "Forward/Back/Random/etc" buttons. Very cool.
Thanks! I was really pleased with the way it turned out, as well.
The buy print button still bothers me.
Why?
It just feels like it doesn't belong. I don't know. I wouldn't spend money on it when I can just print it myself.
So Tag is still fully aware but has no control over his actions? Talk about a fate worse than death…
Great site updates, Jim. Oh and I may have found you a new reader, we'll see if he's interested or not.
That's basically the long and the short of it.
And the medium.
And the Medium Well, the only way to eat a real burger.
I'm reading every comic from the very first to the most current a second time and I'm noticing things i didn't notice before
I've noticed you going back through the archives (via your comments). Is the experience better the second time around?
I'd think so, but that's just me. Knowing what happens when re-reading a book kinda makes it so it's not like "okay I want to read this so I can find out what happens" so you take your time a little more, and start to notice small minutia you didn't before.
And, I like the new site updates
They look even better now that I've switched to Firefox for GameFAQs forums and everything.
I've tried rereading the wheel of time books.
It's impossible. Got 5 books in before I quit.
oh yeah its awesome the second time around
And now I believe it's an appropriate time to quote a Ratt song.
Ahem.
Round and Round!
i don't get it…
Ooh. Harsh man. Harsh.
Somehow, though, Tag's gonna break the virus again. I feel it. Whether it's from our friends (?) the Cavalcada, our hero Reclaimer, the bad guy vendetta I don't even know about Ferial, his own ability, OR another, unidentified person (s), we shall see.
first post but I've been reading for a while.
Slavemind, isn't a play on gravemind by any chance is it?
Aye, that it is.
An intriguing connection between the flood and the virus or a coincidence?
I think only time will tell.
Nothing in Reclaimer is a coincidence.
Nothing in Reclaimer is a coincidence.
You just can't do that in mystery stories.

You just can't do that in mystery stories. Ruins the whole thing.
"Nothing in Reclaimer is a coincidence."
My thoughts exactly sir.
Wow, Tag's just not having a good day right now, is he??
-Aardvark
No, I suppose he would be.
It be kinda cool to experience though.
Although the thought of being a slave kinda sucks.
Others. Does that mean, like the people infected with the virus, or other people that got owned like Tag just did?
Oh, and if it matters, i think that what he used isn't mental, and its merely some sort of tech that gained him control of his suit through extensive voice commands.
that would be really hard to program into a laser beam.
But hey, it's the future.
I'd answer your questions, but the answers would be fairly spoilerish. Guess you'll just have to wait.
Dang, this virus is really hardcore…
You have no idea…
"Son, you realize you've just broken into a highly secure Government training facility."
"I know! Isn't this cool!!"
You have to be a nerd to understand some of my comments.
Are you deleting my posts Jim or does ID just hate my Ipod?
And are you sure bold isn't really the lead singer from Flyleaf in disguise?
No idea about your iPod, but I'm not deleting your posts.
Never mind. They magically appeared. My prayers to the HTML fairy were successful.
I just noticed, the first Calvacada on avalanche was yellow. So was crazy and Portient. Doesn't that mean that The first calvacada wasn't any matchtwin, or is it a matchtripplet!?!? O_O

There are seven calvacada. So, unless you have 3.5 pairs of twins, that's normal.
YOu do have 3.5 pairs of twins. The seventh was an extra.
The other six are paired up.
Crazy with portient, then two reds, and two blues. But the first one was yellow too ruining Jims attempt at similarly colored matchtwins.

Jim Failed
Huh, a natural immunity to the virus with the possiblity of passing on a…what, "proxy" immunity? That is incredibly interesting. Love the colors in this and in the last few comics, and I love the site updates (especially the related comics list :3 )
Very nice, Jim. Enjoyed this little stretch. However – I have a hunch the roadblocks in this section are far from cleared.. Never did find out (or did and I just am blanking at the moment) just what made Bold that way, or what happened to Tag and Score, and just where they happened to wander off to.
Damn straight!
Good God.
not again.
Ahem I mean
Good Jim.
Not again!
You should. The classes are free down at the Y.
Send us a picture HSAR.
Of course, you can order from me and get a high-quality print—unless you don't care about that sort of thing.
I can bring it to the copykat and get big high quality print for like five bucks.
Round and Round! What goes around comes around!
"Oh yeah, it's awesome the second time around"
Need more tips or should I just torment you further?
