This might not be the place. But for my Design Technology class I have to write a questionnaire and place it on a forum or something. I thought a comment spot will suffice. Yeah, sorry, I don't think the Halo shields use the same principles as Go'auld shields. Sorry :p If it doesn't block kinetic energy then bullets would have an effect and RC would be dead. To make your theory more plausible what you should have said was:
