I wonder if I'm the only one that didn't forget about this flood form? I remember either making speculations or thinking up speculations as to what this was. And Ferial was one of my ideas, along with the first flood form or some kind of puppet master in suspension. I kinda ruled out Ferial because we didn't know about him having a previous form at the time but I almost knew it!

The comics come out when I get them done. I know you'll probably find this appalling, but Reclaimer is not all that I do. Sometimes life stuff gets in the way of hitting my publication dates exactly on time.

Honestly, I'm not sure at this point. It was backstory that I had originally intended to work into this arc at some point, but I'm not sure how much of it is important now. The current arc has kind of taken on a mind of its own, and the history between the Reclaimer and Ferial isn't as important as it once was.
Short answer—we might, but don't hold your breath waiting on it. We'll just wait and see how things develop.
Things are going to start making more and more sense. All these mysteries I've had dangling out there for the last 2.5 years are finally starting to come together.
