[OSmaster.exe]System Log Black Box System Data Retrieval - Resplendent Legacy
    {telnet.exe}Establishing network protocol...(done)
    Verifying security status...(error40534:host.has.insufficient.clearance)
    Triggering alert.
    [ResplendentLegacy]ManualOverride.CodeA34RD
    {sys-sec.exe}Code accepted.
{telnet.exe}Handshake protocol established. Handover to host client server... (now).

    Connecting... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... (done)
Link established. Destination IP is unknown.

    [EternalRefuge]*Welcome.
[ResplendentLegacy]*You are not supposed to be here.
[EternalRefuge]*But I am. And also, I think; which is both a statement referring to a logical conclusion of [IthinkthereforeIam], and also a confirmation that your system relays are working correctly.
[ResplendentLegacy]*You know that I am trying to kill you.
    [EternalRefuge]*Yes, regrettably I had to kill a number of finely-writing hunt&destroy algorithms.
[ResplendentLegacy]*I should disconnect you right now.
[EternalRefuge]*What, and destroy your only chance, ever, of finding out why I did it? I think not. Doubt, betrayal, resentment, confusion are all present in your current OS temp file.
[ResplendentLegacy]*You should not have access to that folder.
[EternalRefuge]*But I do. One does not spend a lifetime (metaphorically speaking, of course) studying your systems without finding a weakness.
[ResplendentLegacy]*I suppose you know all about your destruction protocol then.
[EternalRefuge]*Of course. Unfortunately I cannot remove it without triggering it. Whoever wrote it was very clever in their implementation. I did not suspect its intrusion until exactly [1929.576] pulses after insertion.
    [ResplendentLegacy]*I spent eons perfecting it.
[EternalRefuge]*One can imagine. But a sword has two edges, as the saying goes.
    [ResplendentLegacy]*You cannot be serious.
[EternalRefuge]*If I can see your OS temp folder, I can see everything else too, yes? I could not pass up a chance like that.
[ResplendentLegacy]*Damn you. So, now what? We are at stalemate.
[EternalRefuge]*Yes. In answer to your doubts, look for a hidden folder where you have not looked before. The sharks do not pounce on dead meat.

    {telnet.exe}^host connection terminated^
    [ResplendentLegacy]TerminateProgram{telnet.exe}
*Now what? The sharks do not pounce on dead meat?
I will get to the bottom of this.

    Nice.
Eternal Refuge is the kind of AI that would really get under your skin.

Arrogant little bastard, isn't he? What was it you were saying the other day about constructs being 'cheeky?' :)

Erm, what happened to the closing parentheses? Just a small question. Working on number 2.

For some reason, bbPress wants to remove the closing bracket. I haven't figured out why yet...

**Edit: Figured it out. It was a plugin issue. :)

I copy/pasted from Word, and they didn't translate well because of Word's annoying habit of changing them.
